Description
Electra Woman goes up against a villain known only as "The Cigar" who looks like an ordinary gangster. However, as she is about to arrest hm he blows smoke from his cigar into her face. As Electra Woman is forced to breathe in the strange smoke, the fumes put her into a mindless trance. Now she is The Cigar's mindless slave girl.

I love concepts like this. Whether the smoking itself is being used to hypnotize someone or a woman is being hypnotized to smoke, it's all so wonderfully hot. Thank you so much for sharing this.
